Day 51: Catch Up - We’ve been absent.

Things can really get crazy with 5 dogs, a cat, and a bus conversion; not to mention all the other obligations, events, family and friends. We haven’t finished a single big project recently on the bus so it just didn’t feel right to put together a blog post. Now that I look back though, we’ve gotten a decent amount of work done. Windows are all replaced and sealed, decals are off, ceiling panels are down, insulation has been removed, and we’ve made some decisions on lights and the stop sign.

The most important thing though…

our registration and plates came in from Vermont!!!

Just like everyone else that’s converted a bus before, I’m sure I’m feeling the same frustration you’ve felt. Things aren’t moving as fast as we would like and trying to save money here and there has hit. But like my post on Instagram today said, “You may not be able to control every situation and its outcome, but you can control your attitude and how you deal with it.”

We’re taking in all the kisses and love from our pups and we’ve also started a new volunteering opportunity that is going to bring an immense amount of joy into our lives. If you follow us on Instagram, you’ve already been let in on the secret but if not, check out our next blog post!
